Prepaid access

EzPos access is sold as a one-time prepaid 7-day or 30-day pass. There is no automatic renewal. Buying another pass early adds the new access period after the current access end date.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or where required by applicable law. Please review the selected pass and price before completing payment.

Free trial

New eligible accounts receive a 3-day free trial. A payment is not required to begin the trial.

Service availability

We work to keep EzPos available and reliable, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, internet connectivity, or third-party service issues.
